Montblanc.
A comprehensive redesign of the online presence of German luxury brand Montblanc.
CHALLENGE
Out with the old, in with the new: Montblanc's digital evolution.
The existing Montblanc website was visually and technically outdated, overly complex, and relied on legacy technology that was not compatible with mobile and tablet devices.
It was therefore essential to ensure that the new website design provided an excellent user experience on both mobile and desktop devices for the discerning Montblanc clientele.

SOLUTION
Elevating elegance:
Crafting a modern digital brand experience for Montblanc.
As creative lead on this transformative project, I was responsible for leading the team and developing the overall aesthetic of the new Montblanc website.
This meant ensuring that the color palette, typography, imagery, and visual design elements were implemented in such a way as to reflect the craftsmanship and luxurious brand appeal of the Montblanc products.
In essence, the look and feel of the website had to measure up to the precise and intricate production values of the physical products.
My goal was to deliver a clean, elegant, pixel-perfect design solution whilst ensuring the technical implementation matched the quality of the design vision.

Some detailed insights into the thinking and concept behind the revitalized digital presence for Montblanc.
Mobile First.
For the redesign of the Montblanc website, it was essential that I approached the project from a ‘Mobile First’ standpoint.
Due to fact that the desktop version was not optimized for mobile or tablet devices, it was imperative that the new design delivered an excellent user experience on mobile.
The primary focus was on designing for mobile devices and then progressively enhancing the user experience for larger screens like tablets and desktops. This meant adding features, optimizing layouts, and making adjustments that leveraged the available screen real estate on the larger devices.
